Located just 35 minutes outside of Charlotte, NC, Bethel Barn offers a beautiful, peaceful setting in the charming community of Monroe. With its close proximity to downtown Monroe’s restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques, as well as being only 20 minutes from the bustling Waverly area of Charlotte—which features excellent dining, shopping, and several hotel options—Bethel Barn is an ideal destination for your next event. The Charlotte Douglas International Airport is also conveniently located just 45 minutes away.

Event Space & Setting
Situated on a family farm that spans 20 acres, Bethel Barn provides a true farm experience, complete with highland cows, horses, donkeys, pigs, and chickens. Because we operate within a working farm, we offer a limited number of event dates to ensure that each experience is special.
 

The barn itself offers approximately 1,700 square feet of usable space and can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests with tables and chairs. If your event requires a larger setup, we can discuss tent and chair rental options for an additional charge.
 

Venue Features

• Capacity: Up to 100 guests with folding tables and chairs

• Event Setup: Our team can handle the setup of tables, chairs for events of 100 guests or less.

• Restroom Facilities: The barn includes one restroom. For events with more than 50 guests, we require the rental of a bathroom trailer or port-a-john.

• Catering: We work with several amazing catering partners and would be happy to connect you with them for your event.

• Audio System: The barn includes a sound system and a Bluetooth microphone for your use.

• Parking & Trash Removal: Our team will take care of parking for your guests and handle trash removal after the event.
